You may complete a rental application, pay the rental fee, and submit the refundable damage deposit in person. All fees must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Rental Rates
Accepted payment: exact cash, cashier’s check, or money order
Small Room: $25.00/hour + 6% sales tax
Large Room: $50.00/hour + 6% sales tax
Both Rooms: $60.00/hour + 6% sales tax
Refundable Damage Deposit: $100.00
Nonprofit Rentals
Shelby County area 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are eligible to use the facility free of charge. Proof of 501(c)(3) documentation is required when reserving the space. Nonprofits do need to pay the $100 Damage Deposit. Deposits will be returned at time of return of key, as long as facility is in good order.
